REFUND & RETURN POLICY

This Refund and Return Policy (“Policy”) governs purchases made through kooberaz.com, operated by KOOBERAZ,
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms set forth in this Policy.
1. Nature of Products
We deal in stainless steel gold plated jewellery. Due to the nature of jewellery products, hygiene standards, and quality control requirements, returns and refunds are subject to strict eligibility conditions as outlined below.
2. Return Eligibility
A product shall be eligible for return only if all of the following conditions are satisfied:
- The return request is raised within 3 days from the date of delivery.
- The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The product is returned in its original packaging, including invoice, tags, authenticity cards (if any), and all accessories.
- The product’s security seal / tamper-proof seal remains intact and undamaged.
If the security seal, brand seal, or tamper-proof sticker is found to be broken, removed, altered, or damaged, the product shall be deemed used or tampered with, and no return or refund shall be accepted under any circumstances.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items shall not be eligible for return or refund:
- Products with damaged or removed security seal
- Used or worn jewellery
- Customized or personalized jewellery
- Items purchased during clearance sales or special promotional offers (unless received damaged)
- Products returned without original packaging
The Company reserves the sole right to determine the eligibility of returned products after inspection.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sending clear photographs and order details to kooberaz@gmail.com and whatsapp on 9468658949.
Upon verification, we may, at our discretion:
- Offer a replacement (subject to availability), or
- Issue a refund to the original payment method.
Failure to report damage within the specified timeframe may result in rejection of the claim.
5. Return Process
To initiate a return, you must contact our customer support at kooberaz@gmail.com with your Order ID and reason for return.
If your return request is approved:
- You may be required to ship the product to our designated return address, or
- We may arrange reverse pickup (where serviceable).
Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Products sent without prior approval shall not be accepted.
6. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund may be processed via bank transfer after collecting bank details from the customer.
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests shall not be accepted.

8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase value of the product. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the product.
9. Right to Refuse Returns
We reserve the absolute right to refuse returns if:
- The product fails quality inspection;
- The security seal is damaged or tampered with;
- The return request does not comply with this Policy;
- Fraudulent or abusive return behavior is suspected.
10. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to amend or update this Refund and Return Policy at any time without prior notice. The updated version shall be effective upon posting on the website.
